ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED!
Missy was about 6 months old when a TNR Trust volunteer found her in Thome Estate (Nairobi) with a wounded paw. Upon inquiry, we got to know her background: she had been confined to a tiny box for the first 4-5 months of her life and was afterwards dragged around villages to be sold. We brought her the veterinary where she received vaccinations and antibiotics for her paw.
This injury did not dampen her spirits. She turned into a very active and playful pup. Missy is a smallish Shepherd and TNR Trust worked with her on her puppy manners. She proved to be excellent on leash and really enjoyed her walks in the forest.
When putting her out for adoption, we ensured that her new family was aware that she needed continuous training and room to run.
We wish Missy and her new family many walks and much joy!
